The service requested was installation of protective film on the front part of my car and window tints. The first time was on 04/09/24-04/13/24 and I was asked to wait 2 weeks and bring the car back to check the installation. After 2 weeks, I noticed some areas that the film wasn't adhering correctly to the car, some air bubbles and some areas that were not covered by the film. The issue was discussed with Cristian Damian and he agreed on fixing. May 4/24 I picked up my car at the shop and noticed that the badges were not put back correctly and there was a smudge on the front windshield tint, but I give it 2 weeks to see if with heat and time I was going to see a difference, but no. On May 22/24 we talked over the phone and agreed on bringing the car for the third time to the shop on a Sunday (06/02/24) so he can work on it between June 3 and 4 but the person has not communicated with me or have answered my texts. I don't have any more time to give to this person to fix something that should've been done correctly the first time.
