      On 2/20/24 I went to the *** ******* location on to have my oil changed in the evening. The man who took my car in had the service done in less than twenty minutes. At the time I was shock because I’ve had my oil changed and inspection completed at this location several times and I’ve waited 40 minutes to a hour for the service to be completed with no other customers in the building. The guy said to me when I told him that was really fast explained he has done so many oil changes he can do them in his sleep. I paid $87.60. About two weeks ago my car started making a rattling noise from underneath the hood out of no where off and on. My car alerted me maintenance is due soon as it does when it’s almost time for an oil change. The light did not stay on, today as I was leaving a work meeting I noticed the rattling noise again then a low oil notification lite up on my dashboard. Which is unusual because in the past in-between oil changes this has never happened. In my driveway of my house there was no evidence of an oil leak. I drove to the nearest advance auto parts and the attendant checked my oil and discovered there was no oil in my car, bone dry. He poured to quarts in the car to get it to the first dot on the stick. As I expected the guy who changed my oil did not complete my oil change and charged me for the service. I called Monro Auto in *** ******* and spoke with Jose about the situation. Jose gave me every excuse in the and explanation as to why my car did not have oil and vouched for the guy who serviced my car that day. After expressing my frustration I asked Jose for a refund for the service that was not performed correctly and could have ultimately blew my engine. He said I had to call customer care to receive a refund. When I called the number I waited for over 35 minutes to talk to someone before I hung up . I would like a refund for this service, the employee was completely careless I will never bring my car back to any Monro auto repair in the future.
