I ordered the URGE ELITONE DEVICE on September 27, 2023, which my FSA CARD was immediately charged $399. The ad clearly stated the acceptance of FSA/ HSA cards as a form of payment. On the 20th of November via phone I confirmed the returned device was received by stated establishment and was promised a full refund as per advertisement: FULL REFUND WITHIN 60 days. I have checked my FSA card everyday since the 20th of November and have made 3 more phone calls: November 22, 29 and December 4; every single time I have been told a full refund has been processed, yet I have my FSA account opened and there is NO REFUND FROM ******. When I asked on November 20th I was told the credit was immediate and it was processed that same day, however it is not true. As on today, December 4th my money has not been refunded.Business response

The customer did buy the device and returned it within the window. We did process the refund two days later. A few days after that, after receiving her call, we checked with the credit card processor and confirmed that it was credited back to her bank.They gave us snapshots of the return for confirmation, and an ARN number to check the location of the funds with her bank. For some reason, it looked like it was not depsited to her account within the bank. We did follow up with her a few weeks later, and she did confirm that it finally got deposited into her account. I don't know why it took so long, but we did everything we could on our end.
