      Bought a 2011 **** **** *** with 148k I have put 149k on it within a month as soon as I picked the truck up it had a stalling problem they told me it was because the computer had to relearn whatever part was replaced. Since then the truck has recently blown up and the warranty that they offer doesn’t cover anything I’ve tried to reach out to Elvis to get this truck repaired or just give me my money back and I get ignored

      Bought a vehicle from these people and had problems with it right from the get-go. I was lied to about the insurance and other issues with the truck told me they would take care of it and never did. They said they will try to work with the insurance try to, replace it but they would have to do it a little bit at a time just seem very sketchy now my truck is broke down. It’s been in the garage ever since I bought it pretty much once a week. I’m bringing it to the garage.

      11/23/2023 cost of truck was $7,000 but they sold it to me with a broken frame and didn't tell me when they broke it even further. Now he is refusing me service because I made him pay for the repairs on the frame and he lost $600. Now I'm going to lose money because he refuses to work on the piece of garbage he sold me

      The owner of this business is selling lemons. Told me the timing chains were done and wouldn’t give me the proper paperwork. He would ignore me and then only answer because I left a 1 star review on his ****** reviews for his auto business. I didn’t even get down the road the starter went, had me pay for half of it, then truck began to stall here and there, miss-fire so it was barley drivable, and you could hear the timing chains rattling. Doesn’t even clean the car before giving it to someone they sold it to. I ended up going underneath the truck and the frame was rotted. If you look at his reviews, I am not the only one he has stole money from. He should be put out of business.

      Last month, Purchased a **** ******** for my niece and her newborn baby, emphasizing the need for safe transportation. One week later the Sun roof was leaking, check engine light was on, abs light was on, and several others. Took it back to Troy, who is I guess the manager, he promised he would fix all. One week later, got car back…sunroof glued shut, still leaking, one day later all the lights are back on. One week later, (today), my niece and her baby are stuck on the side of the road with a **** that smelled like it was burning, and it’s overheated. Dead in the water. Troy made mention that after all…it is a used car…. He was told that to say that we shouldn’t expect to get more than a week or two out of it is ridiculous. The fact is that they prey on people who don’t have a lot of alternatives, and they sell them **** cars. This car cannot pass inspection in **, where we live, obviously. It’s not even road worthy. It is a lemon. They had a chance to make it right, and either they have no idea what they are doing, or they don’t care because they don’t get caught. These people should be investigated for fraud.

      Dealer has agreed to repair car and make it right.   Will reach back out of that doesnt happen.

      Elvis auto charged me for parts and labor for a job they failed to provide. They have since been ignoring all attempted contact. I have called and texted numerous times, to no avail.

      Please be aware of this business, they sold a vehicle on a Saturday, register on a Thursday and did not work drive on Friday, the transmission is bad, 3 bad codes for the transmission.

      I bought a 2008 ****** ****** on 5/3/2023, I was told if I transferred my plates to the vehicle they would submit the registration at the ***. They did not. I went to the shop with a issue with the muffler, yesterday 5/10/2023 and today 5/11/2023. I recorded both events before getting out of my car. I was assured the muffler would be repaired, and it was not clear if I would have to pay out of pocket. I was told by the sales manager to come back in today 05/11/2023 at noon if I had not been called. I went to the garage and again i started filming discreetly from my pocket, I was approached by a red hair mechanic who told me it would be hours and no one was there to help me. I said i would wait as i had a appointment. he yelled at me in which i returned the same energy back in tone. I recorded him saying some seriously egregious things about my person and sexual preference. as well as the fact he would not fix anything. I did not feel safe, and left at which point i called the *** to find there was no record of my car's VIN being used in **. they told me to drive my car with my previous vehicles plates on them, for 8 days now and they never submitted my registration transfer. i paid them for this, they never followed through. I could have been pulled over and put in a serious situation. i've tried calling them but they hang up on me, i've tried the cell phones the business number only to be hung up on and then let to voicemail.

      hello i am looking to have my bbb complaint removed that i have left for the garage. the issue was resolved and i meant to get back on here.

      I was told the breaks were replaced morning of December 30th. I test drove and purchased the car December 30th. After test driving I said the car didn’t seem to drive properly and there was smoke coming from the front right tire. I was told By Elvis, Troy and the mechanic that the breaks were done morning of so the smoke was from excess oil burning off and that it was nothing to worry about. I was told in person as well as in a social media post that the car was “freshly serviced safety and state inspected looks runs and rides excellent all the way around very nice car perfect first car or commuter”. I was not told that when they ran my card for a deposit that I would be charged a service fee of 4% ($60), so they ran it without my knowledge or consent of the 4%. The supposed owner also did all of the paper work up with the name ***** * ******** instead of ***** * ******** and refused to change it and now all of my paper work for the car from the financing company has incorrect information. I also have confirmation that they are paying several employees under the table. The owner also stopped replying to my texts and would only communicate with my mother.
