    I ordered some water filters on 9-27-2022. I received the filters on 10-5-2022. They sent me the wrong ones. I tried calling the company on the phone number listed on their website which is ###-###-#### and it is disconnected. I sent them an email on 10-5-2022 and they responded on 10-6-2022 asking me to send the product image I rcvd. I rcvd a response on 10-7-22 stating they sent the wrong item against what I ordered. They asked if I wanted a full refund or a gull replacement. I said a replacement. I told them if they would send me a label and package mailed I would mail them the incorrect filters back and I sent a picture of the outer package like they asked. On 10-11-22 I rcvd the new filters which were the wrong filters again. I responded and asked for someone to call me or provide me with a phone number since theirs wasn't working. I even sent a picture of my original order showing the exact filter I ordered with the order number. They answered me back on 10-14-22 stating "we sincerely apologize for the issue and inconvenience. you ordered 3 pack of Everydrop 8. As far your concern We shipped According to your order. We shipped the same product". I emailed back stating I did not order what you shipped me. They emailed back stating they are contacting with our warehouse team, we will come back to you soon. Currently our customer service with phone number is not available. If you have any questions or are in need of further assistance, please let them know. I told them I just want what I ordered and if they cant get it right then I want a refund. Their response was 'okay **** ******, I will keep you update and that was on 10-15-18. I have sent a message every day and even told them I just want a refund and they have yet to respond.
