Hello today on December 24th 2022. I happen to order from New Moon here in ********* **. I was at my friends ordered so we decided to order some food. They stated it would take over an hour to get delivered, no problem. But, it was almost at the two hour mark. So, we called again and they said it was on the way. It took two hours and ten minutes to get here. The food was ice cold, the delivery person did not even knock at the door. He started to walk towards his car and get into it. He was extremely rude. So, we called New Moon and the lady who picked up was even more rude. She was beyond disrespectful. She gave me an my friend attitude. I understand it’s the day before Christmas but, that was uncalled for. I read the reviews and some of them were not so good. One review was from a week ago stating they charge a convenience fee. I have never heard of that until now. I wish for them to be investigated and I do want a refund. New Moon did not hear our complaints and concerns.Business response

sorry to hear that the customer on Christmas eve .that we are busy we told consumer it be over hours so. highly recommend customer to pickup they order.plus no body want Drive in holiday.they want spend time with they family.
