We agreed at the start of our services with this company for mowing and weed eating. I was originally told by their office that the price of the Fall cleanup would be $200 to $250 over the phone with a previous employee. We did not agree to any additional services for the fall cleanup. I was contacted by the company midway through a fall cleanup which I did not authorize. I was informally contacted through Facebook and notified that they would finish the fall cleanup. Even though I did not authorize this service I understand that there billing and services lacked organization and would have been okay paying $200 to $250 that was told to me over the phone. I received a bill for $487 and reached out several times trying to resolve this by email and phone. I was told today that they were unable to help me. I am frustrated over these practices and excessive charges for services I did not agree to. I never received a formal contract despite asking for one several times. This is unacceptable and a concern for other consumers.
