SCAM ARTISTS! NOT TO BE TRUSTED. My father, Tim Cousens, rest in peace, before he passed told me they were trustworthy. Sadly this could not have been further from the truth. From start to finish, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Agreed to a price, put more than 1/3 down IN CASH. Insisted I had to come back days later so they could do a check on the vehicle and replace a window switch. When we came back, without our knowledge or ever discussing it with us, they added $4,000 to a $15,000 car for some scam vehicle maintenance bs. We would have NEVER agreed to this as my HUSBAND IS A MECHANIC. Shame on us for thinking they could be trusted. Two days after receiving the vehicle the heat shield, FELL OFF IN A PARKING LOT WHILE PARKED. Brought it back as it was within the 30-days, got it back with the window switch not working again. The one they claimed was ‘new’. Like heck will they touch this car again or ever get another cent from me. Too bad 0 stars isn’t an option. No idea how they can sleep at night. Disgusting!

I financed a car from these guys back in aug of 2023 and I noticed the car hasn’t been serviced and also had body damage to the car , before purchasing the car we wrote and both signed on a agreement the they would service the car and fix the body damage. Since then the manager Brad has been giving me the run around saying he’s going to fix it but 7 months later and the car has not been touched by them. I don’t know what to do at this point , now I’m stuck paying for a 20,000 dollar car with a lot of problems. These guys are selfish and have very poor customer service. I’ve been disrespected by employees and all I want is my car fixed!!!!! J and M auto are scammers they need to be investigated asap!!!

My husband and I went last year in January 2023 to purchase a vehicle that I needed to be able to drive my special needs kids to school. Ever since we settled for this car we currently have we have been having issues. We were told we had 30 days to address any issues so we did. Issue #1 - the sensor light for the door would appear even when the car doors were not open. Had to have that issue addressed Issue #2 - the right side passenger window was not opening when I pressed the button to lower the window. Issue #3 - the usb outlet in the car was not working so when I tried returning the car to have this problem addressed I was told it was passed the 30 days from when I purchased the vehicle so I had to end up having to pay someone to fix it. As you can see from the inception of getting the vehicle there have been issues and the issues hasn’t stopped. Issue #4 - We also had to fix the brakes on the vehicle because we were told that the brakes were so old and rusted out that we would’ve been in a car accident if waited any longer to fix them. (I have the receipt showing what we paid and what had to be fixed on the brakes) so that we would be SAFE driving. At this point it is pretty upset to know that a vehicle was SOLD to us that had brake issues and beyond. Let’s not also talk about the OVER PRICED vehicle that was sold to us as well. The car was already 10 years old and was sold to us for over $15,000. As a car dealership your company is supposed to inspect these vehicles and correct any issues before reselling them. Knowing that I was placed into a vehicle with my 2 small children almost getting into an accident almost twice is very upsetting. ISSUE#5 - I also had contacted your dealership a few weeks after purchasing the vehicle to tell them that I had a problem with the car after driving it on the highway after trying to accelerate and the car wouldn’t accelerate

I've purchased my 4th vehicle now, with J&M. I've never had any issues with them. They are not pushy. Very understanding and they want their customers to leave happy
