6-16-21 6-17-21 6-23-21 No charge per my personal friend of over 50 years, Dr.****** ***** who sold his practicing & retired 7-21. Repaired tooth, fell apart, returned 6-17-21 to redo. 6-23-21 nothing done checked tooth. Current dentist which I never met is trying to charge $172. for this appointment. I explained to staff twice the situation & they keep sending bill. Business is refusing to resolve insisting I owe this amount. My account# ***** with Dr. *****Business response

Although I have never met ****** ****** , The records show that Dr. ***** did in fact charge the patient for the work he performed and intended and expects Miss.****** pay him for the work he performed. When I purchased Dr. *****'s interest in the practice I purchased all of his accounts receivables which includes Miss ******** is outstanding amount of $172.00. It is unfortunate that she chose this forum when all she had to do was come to me and I would've issued her a credit. I have instructed the front desk staff to write off her balance.Customer response
