      I did not sign the form whereas thre is problems with truck.The owner and sales rep lie to sale vehicles at this dealership . This dealership refuse to give inspection report and or any of the repairs they did when purchased the truck at the auction. I DO NOT WANT TEH TRUCK ASK MY BANK TO STOP PAYMENT DO NOT HAVE THE TRUCK. i DO NOT WANT THE TRUCK TOO MANY PROBLEMS THEY DO NOT WISH TO REPAIR.nO ONE WHOULD HAVE TO GET BURNED WITH THESE FOREIGNERS

      This customer inspected the truck for many days back and forth and brougth her own financing and took possessiojn of the truck after paying sales taxes and registration fees.

      Customer very rudly showed up with the vehicle claiming she no longer wants the vehicle regarding concerns she have some issues.

      This vehicle was purchased "AS IS" however we stand by our vehicles with a limited warranty with regards to the power train and seafty issues within the first 30 days 1500 miles . There is no seafty or powertrain issues. The concerns she have are mostly cosmetic , however we will do our best to resolved these issues and advise the customer accordingly

      This place is horrible worse place I have gotten a car from. I got a car from this dealer I gave a large down payment. I also got a month warranty. Boss refused to give me paperwork for the car. Also recipt of downpayment. Kept saying I was going to get all " that paperwork threw mail". Never got that threw mail. Nor was the car registrated after he said "he had sent in the paperwork to the RMV" went directly to my insurance there was no existent of my car being registrated. Nor was it pending also went to the bank that he processed the loan from. No downpayment also was given to the bank. After I gave it to him went back and asked for my paper work did not want to give to me. Nor did he want to fix my car the right way. With the list i gave to him tht i got from a mechanic tht needed fixing. They all created this whole big agruement over fixing my car and my paperwork. Called the cops told them I was traspassing. When i simply just wanted them to check my car and wanted copys of my paper work. Showing proof i purchased the car. N this was just with the boss... that adam boy was super disrepectful as well. Invited me to fight direpected my family as well. Was very unprofessional dirty in talking. Place is really ghetto. He dont take into consideration any concerns you have. This is just a shitty dealer ship so r the employees! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. He owned one before and it got shut down for same exact reasons!

      These Customer purchase a vehicle out of state and was issued a Temp Tage for 30 days and was advised as soon as the registration was completed and lien perfected they will receive the Registration in the mail. The did not understand and started behaving in a wat that we had no choice to call the cops to have them removed from the dealership. 

      Customer was advised by the police officers of their rights regarding protocals of a vehicle purchased with a lien

      I purchased a truck at 11/27/23 and paid over $12,000 for vehicle I have not yet received a title. I was in contact with title division in ******** ***********. They said dealership never sent in paperwork. I paid for this vehicle by certified check in full. The dealership said they have sent him the paperwork and it is a motor vehicle issue and still have not received the title as of January 25 2024

      The ** *** sometimes takes as much as 90 days to issue titles, and sometimes longer if there is a paperwork issue with regards to clerical errors

      Customer will absolutely reveive title in the mail, directly from *** once issued

      05/01/2023 i financed a vehicle from this dealership. The first day of puling my vehicle off their lot no less than 20 mins the tire sensor light came on the dash followed behind the check engine light. i went back to the dealership and one of the mechanics told me it was just the tire needed air. so he proceeded to put air in the tires and told me that the light should go off once the vehicle has been driven for atleast 10- 20 mins. The lights on the dash have not turned off so i texted a picture to the finance manager arvid @ 11:59 am the following day 05/02/23 - he advised me that they will check the car out when i come and pick up the plate. Since may 2 there has been no progress on this vehicle. Owner Matt stated that he would trade out the car for anything on the lot. i insisted if their isnt any car on the lot that i am interested in can we just fix the car . he stated that the car just needed a 02 sensor , i took the car to pep boys and they told me the car needed more than a sensor, the battery needed to be replaced and a few other codes popped up with the car, ive been calling tis place for 6 months because i work full time and woulnt be able to make it during business hours. ive spoken to the owner 11/25/23 which is matt he told me he woud be able to either switch out the car for me monday 11/27/23 also stating that he would give me a call monday morning. today Maritza and arvid informed me that they will not be able to assist with my matter at all they will not fix the car or trade the car out for nothing different i have to fix my own problems that i am having with the car even tho ive texted and called and complained about the problems this car has been giving me since the first day i pulled off the lot .

      This Customer , wants to be updated to a luxary car, and we are not able to get her approved for the cars she have been choosing, she several co-signers without any success. If the customer have her credit situation restored , we may be able to help her down the line. Regretfully at the moment it is not possible . The issues the customer is having with the car . Tire preasure sensor and 02 sensors are all wear and tear items that is the responsibility of the customer.

      I purchase a 2018 *** ******** from Universal Motor on December 10 2022 Two weeks after the purchase on Dec, 29 2022 the check engine light turned on. I returned to the dealer (universal motor)to have it check.they inspected and treated The Cadillac converter with an oil treatment and reset the check engine light settings January 8th 2023 .returned vehicle to universal motor as check engine light returned. Same process was repeated. Universal motor owner stated he would order new catalyst and replace. January 15, check engine light came on again Returned to dealer owner reported still searching for part January 18th call in for status and owner reported he still looking for parts. February 28th I contacted universal motor owner reported Still looking for part March 3rd returned to dealer for status report.universal motor owner referred me to another dealer for a quote on repair. Owner denied payment for repair as it was too costly. Owner refuses to take vehicle back or work on vehicle. I went to *** on April 3rd and paid inspection. *** Dealership stated after inspection That both catalyst converter need replacement.

      Our records indicate that at the time of sale , this vehicle had just completed a emissions test on 12/09/2022 which is good through 12/09/2024 

      This vehicle was sold with an extended warranty , however emissions issues are not covered . Our records do not reflect any prior complaint, regarding Catalyst Convertors and further we will not take responsiblity at this point

      I drove from ***** to buy a '15 *** ****** **** at the beginning of Nov 2022. Within 15 min of leaving the dealership it had issues after I filled it up with regular gas. The truck would hesitate shifting or not shift at all, and RPMs would fluctuate. I brought the truck back. They told me it was probably because the old owner had the "better gas" in it and when the "better gas" mixed with the regular gas it was causing issues. I was told the problems would likely resolve as the "old gas" worked its way out of the system. After a few days with the problems persisting, I learned that mid 2010s ** trucks are notorious for transmission issues, & after briefing my mechanic, I was told that was likely my issue. I called the dealership & explained the situation to Matt, who helped me with the truck purchase & appears to be the dealership owner. He said to bring the truck back and he’d return my car. That phone call took place in mid-Nov. I was told by ME's title dept that I would have to wait for the title to finish transferring. I paid to put a rush on the title and paid for an overnight mailing label for the processed title to make it to the lienholder, & called the dealership and explained what was going on. Since the title finally arrived on Dec 9th, I've never been able to reach Matt again. I'm either told that he's out that day, or that he is busy &and he will call back (he never does). When I explain my issue to the person I talk to, I'm that no one else there can help me besides Matt. I've been driving this truck back & forth to work for over 2mos now. It will sometimes lurch violently when you attempt to speed up from a stop. It will sometimes shift out of the current gear but hesitate shifting into the new one, the engine RPMs will spike, and then the truck will lurch hard as it completes the shift. It will frequently make a loud vibration sound which will stop when I let off the gas or press it down. Once it even began to shudder violently as I was driving.

      Good morning

      Mr******* ****** has came to us from ***** state based on the price of the truck, he test drove the truck and stayed for 3 days in **, he did the financing throw his own CU, we tried to offer him warranty.
      when ********* called his warranty with us was expired, we did offer him a extended warranty which he did refuse, he did call us couple days ago regarding return the truck which we can not do that.

      I am rejecting this response because: It appears you are denying the statements you made to me on or around November 18th saying that I could bring the truck back and you'd return my car to me and are implying that I am being dishonest about the amount of times I have contacted the dealership trying to reach Matt. This is infuriating and disappointing. Do not use a timeline as an excuse when I have done nothing to slow this process down and everything to try to speed it up. Not only that but you were notified that the truck had issues THE DAY THAT I BOUGHT IT when I BROUGHT IT BACK TO YOU IMMEDIATELY, and I was assured it was minor. I am feeling like I am intentionally getting pushed around in hopes that I will just give up and not say anything else. Such will not be the case.

      On 8 11 22 I purchased a 2013 **** **** from universal motors with an extended warranty. Driving back to my home after purchase the engine light came on. I've brought the vehicle back several times for repairs regarding emissions. The vehicle still has a rejection sticker today. I have spent almost 2000 of my money to secure sticker to no avail. My mechanic replaced catalytic converter on right side of engine. Universal replaced drivers side catalytic converter with a substandard part that will not pass emission. I have sent all receipts proving repairs were done to universal. So far I've received one check for 200 from universal on 8 25. They promised another 750 check over a week ago. I am still waiting. I receive the run around every day that the managers not in or out to lunch, breakfast, whatever

      this truck is 2013 **** **** and it was sold as is. mean we had refund the customer 200 on the first time and 700 on the second time which we did not have too

      he took the truck to a different repair facility when we had tell him to bring it back and we can work on it but we do not refund customer to have thier cars worked on other shops
