Leisha M****** of Farmington Valley House Cleaning (Business **** ******6; alt address *** ******* **** **** **** ** *****) responded to a ******** ad I placed for a deep cleaning. She advertised she is fully insured and guarantees satisfaction. On 7/23/24, Leisha inspected my 1300 square foot apartment and offered to do a deep clean for $300. We agreed to $250. Leisha cleaned with an assistant on 7/26/24. I asked her to text me once completed. I returned at 3 pm and no one was there. Leisha text me at 3:54 pm that they were done. Upon initial inspection, the house looked very good, minus the wall marks still being present. I sent the remaining $200 to Leisha via ***** and asked her to get the wall marks at her next visit. Later that evening. I started to notice things were not clean. After a sweep I found that the house was still very dirty. On Saturday 7/27/24 I asked Leisha to return to complete the missing items. I also found a 50% off ad on ** for first deep clean so I asked her to honor that. Leisha agreed to come back Monday but would not honor the 50%, saying she would have priced my 1300 square foot apartment at 500 dollars (keep in mind her first offer was $300). I reached out Sunday to find out what time she was coming and heard nothing. I stayed home Monday 7/29/24 and she never came. When I text her Tuesday 7/30/24 she responded that she had been sick. She said she would come Thursday. I agreed. I asked her to email proof of insurance. She agreed to email it Tuesday night. I didn't hear from her until Thursday, 8/1/24. She text a copy of a COI with missing info and said she was on her way. As I had heard nothing from her again, I had hired someone else to repeat the cleaning the following week. I tried to work with her and asked to have her agent email me the policy directly so I could quickly verify. She declined and said she wasn't coming. I asked for a full refund on 8/1/24. Another company redid her work for $225.
