Brought my vehicle in for a fluid top off because I had an antifreeze leak. Foxon lube and tire informed me that I needed hoses replaced and eventually the radiator replaced. Foxon lube and tire told me they could and would perform the mechanical work and gave me a quote for the repair costs. The repairs were supposedly done and I picked up my vehicle. Within 72 hours my vehicle was experiencing the same issue that they supposedly fixed and corrected. My vehicle was leaking and overheating worse than before and is now completely undrivable and not safe on the road. I called foxon lube and was told to bring my vehicle in again, which I did. I was charged again for hoses, etc, and told the issue had been resolved. No, it was not. My vehicle is still not fixed and I can not safely drive it without worrying about causing more damage to my vehicle. After Foxon lube and tires second attempt to fix my vehicle, I do not trust they can do it and would like a full refund.Initial Complaint

I brought my car in for an oil change on Saturday, February 13, 2022. They tried to upsell me and I just wanted the basic package. They seemed angry about this. I drive the car home to ********** and it seemed fine. The car was not driven on Sunday at all. On Monday morning, I drive down the street and it started sputtering, stalling and making loud grinding noises. It continually got worse as I drive it home. When I got home I realized there was a trail of oil behind me where I drove, a huge puddle of oil where the car was parked all night and when opened the hood oil splattered everywhere. In checking the oil, the well was completely empty. We called the place and they said they’d come out to the house to fix it and replace oil. They came to the house and found the filter had been put in wrong and was why the oil leaked out. They replaced the filter and oil and started the car. It started and was idling a little loud but we were told that would stop once it ran thru. I later went to drive the car down the street and started knocking into every gear and it completely stalled in the middle of the road. I got it started but it was idling high, it was very loud, it was puttering like it was gonna shut off. I had to keep restarting the car or give it more gas to keep it going. I got it back home and called them back. It’s been 4 days now that I've been told I’ll get a call back from the owner. The car is in drivable and unsafe. I have children that I won’t put in that car until I know it’s safe. I have no car now. No way to get to work, appointments, etc. my engine was fine before the oil change and now the car is not in working condition. They are responsible for fixing these damages caused by their mistake.
