On June 4th, 2023, I purchased a brand new ***** rowing scull from Vespoli. Prior to receiving the boat, I also purchased through Vespoli a brand-new ******* boat cover "Aqualon Edge Soft Full Zipper Double Cover". The boat was delivered to me July 3rd, the cover was delivered the end of June via mail. The boat cover was used by me 4 times to transport my boat between July 3rd and November 2nd, 2023, each time on our team trailer applied by me and loaded by my coach and myself. The cover had zero wear marks, no dirt, no missing straps nor damage to it while it was in my possession, nor before or after each transport. The end of November, Jon R*** Vespoli Sales Rep picked up my boat to transport back to Vespoli for a "leak check". Jon assisted me placing the new boat cover with no dirt on the inside, no holes, all straps intact and no fading to any of the materials. He transported the boat to Vespoli and returned it to me the beginning of March. Upon return of the boat, the cover had two straps cut from each side of the cover, had two holes and two more almost worn through holes along with dirt on the inside of the cover. My cover was in pristine condition when Jon and I placed it on my boat, we even discussed how I care for my equipment. I contacted Jon R*** upon discovery of the damage, service manager Matt L****** and they denied any responsibility. I was told to send it back to ******* to get it repaired. I have attempted to contact Dave T**** CEO several times (3) to get my boat cover back or replaced as this is not mine. He has not returned any of my calls.Customer response

I am looking for follow up from Vespoli on my issue and the resolution. Please advise where this stands with Vespoli and their response.
