      I had drop my phone in water 9/10/23 and quicky retrieve befor it was complete wet just a small amont of water which I caould see everything working . I desided to bring my phone to have it service to have it dried out if needed before it cause some seriouse damange or gotton worse the next day I bought my phone to CPR Cell Phone Repair shop Downtown New Haven address:55 Whitney Ave Unit C, where the service provider told me it would cost 35 for a diagnostic the next day 5to my suprize the phone was dried and fix and he told me its going to cast me 420.00 and I said What!! you got to be kidding me than he said or you can sind up for some phone insurance that would only coast me 8.00 a month so I went for that plan because I couldnt afford the 420.00 so he snigh me up and they charge me 8.00 dollars for month ,so I ask can I have my phone now that I snigh up for phone insurance ,thna he tell me I can have it in two weeks after the weeks past I went donwn to the shop to pick umy phone and it still wasnt ready ,so a few more days passed and this time I call him he said its not ready than he text me and now he tells me my phone mother board is dead ,after I already seen the phone was working the very next day but he woundnt let me havemyphone unless I paid him 420.00 so i said to him you will hear from my attorney after that he told to hold on and than he text me back that he was sorry he got my phone mix up with someone els who had the same exact phone and he throughit was mind and I can come pick up my phone .I go and ppick up my phone and my phone says this is not the orginal ****** screen and its not the oringinal ****** camera so I was totally upset and than realize the guy at the shop swapped my parts out stole my parts I'm thiniking to repair somone els phone and get paid from me and them on top of all of that I never received one receipt from this character . I want allof my replacements parts replace and a refun of 420.00 on my bank statment you will see AGI device care phone inisurance for 8.00 I also have text but I would have to find a way to retrieve them off this Andorid when I do I will also they never gave me a recepite

      Customer select Aftermarket Screen we don't had Original screen for that device, we attached all communication with customer.

      He needs a free service, he was not thinking ok, we explained many times and in shop, he try to say I will call police I will call my Loyer etc. Device was ready and we never charge him because he refused to pay and try to blame on our employee that we fired a while back.

      The dispute is well-explained in the attached email thread. The only thing that I want is the $45 refund that the store manager said he would give (in writing within the text of the email). Thank you.

      We have business policy that the diagnostic is non refundable but will be subtracted on repair or we can give a store credit.

      For this case we apply a store credit to customer account.

      I am rejecting this response because: in your email to me you agreed to refund the $45 for the express diagnostic that was paid.  And then you followed up with "We will send you the refund tomorrow."

      The refund was never received.  All I want is what you said that you would do, and that did not include "store credit".  Your business practice is shoddy at best and I have no intention of ever doing business with you in the future, which I fear would cost me much more than $45.

      I filed a claim for a cracked screen with ******** on 5/15/2023. I took the phone in for service on 5/15/2023 at 6:45 pm at CPR Cell Phone Repair Downtown New Haven ** ******* ******* *** ****** ** *****. The phone was ready for pick up at 7:45 pm. However the store closes at 8pm. When I received the phone back it cut on and I received a message stating it was an unauthorized OEM PARTS. Now the phone was glitching and the screen popped out. The next day I returned the phone to CPR Cell Phone Repair Downtown New Haven. The authorized representative stated that he would perform a diagnostic on the phone and to come back in an hour. I come back and he says the phone screen is scratched and we have to file a new claim. However we gave the phone to him in perfect condition all we needed was the error code removed and screen popped back in. Instead he scratched the phone and stated we did it and need to place a new claim. We only had the phone for one day. The way he scratched the phone looked like I had it for 2 months. Now ******** won reissue me a new claim and my phone is not working and the manager from this store will not fix the phone. Now my phone is malfunctioning and giving me errors and issues. I am very disappointed in store.

      We didn’t receive the previous email because was at spam folder.

      We fixed the device but next day customer brought the device with scratched and needs a new claim from ******** to be filled and we will replace the screen but customer not agree that I don’t know why, the screen cost 300$ but she have device care protection plan and they will take care of it. She need to open a new claim because the screen was accidentally damaged and not manufacturing malfunction.
