******** ****** is the patient (**** *******' mother) ************ has not paid the claim for services for my mother BECAUSE: A&B Homecare Solutions refuses to make corrects to timesheets to reflect ACCURATE services needed so ************ can pay out from ********'s *** policy. I have confirmed with Karis (********'s Aide) that she HAS performed Standby assistance to ******** ****** since January 22, 2024 for showering and toileting. (2 of the ADLs needed to fulfill ********'s *** claim.) Timesheets (January 22 - April 30, 2024) are missing the codes for these services due to some office issue/confusion. Adjustments to those timesheets need to be made to accurately show these services were performed so they can be resubmitted to ************. There is close to $40K of outstanding payments to ******** that need to go to pay for these services. I have been requesting these inaccurate timesheets corrected since the end of April. I have received NO response from anyone from A&B Homecare regarding this issue other than "You are asking us to be fraudulent". I'm just requesting these timesheets be accurate. Her Aide, Karis Cole, has confirmed with me that those services assigned to these codes HAVE been performed. ************ will accept CORRECTED timesheets from A&B Homecare. I just don't understand why you won't correct them. As of right now, they do not show the correct services performed. From what I can tell, I'm not the fraudulent one.Business response

Hello,
For a brief period of time--January 22- April 30--hands on tasks were missing from the caregiver's tasks. This was rectified and completed claims sent on June 28. I have been in contact with Ms. (REDACTED) daughter throughout this process. I last spoke with (REDACTED) (the daughter) Friday July 12 at which time she confirmed that LTC has resumed payments and she is sending payment for $5,000.00. I believe the complaint stems from frustration with the insurance company.

I am rejecting this response because: The corrected timesheets from January 22nd through April 30th, 2024 HAVE NOT BEEN sent to ************ for proper changes to the Eliminattion Period as outlined for ******** ******'s policy. The Aide who has corrected her timesheets, sent in to A&B Homecare the CORRECTED timesheets, but as of today, August 1st, the timesheets have not been resubmitted to ************. This needs to be done in order to satisfy this complaint.

I just got off the phone with ************ and they DID receive the corrected timesheets. The representtive earlier only told me part of the picture. Since ************ received these timesheets. my complaint is CLOSED.
