In July 2021, my husband was diagnosed with mesothelioma! It was a devastating time, but with the help of Chris things were brighter. Chris worked very closely with Joe during this time. When I was diagnosed with mesothelioma, the first thing I did was research my medical treatment options. Then I made a decision and got my treatments started. I have to admit, the treatment choice I selected turned out to be pretty brutal. Fortunately, I’m doing well now. The other item I researched was what, if any, legal options did I have? It turns out I had many. I researched several of the law firms that advertised specialization in cases of mesothelioma and then I started with telephone interviews. That was followed by a handful of face to face interviews and finally I decided to work with the Early group. Brian E**** and Matthew P*** were the people I worked with the most. No time was wasted in filing suit against the appropriate corporations. Depositions were scheduled soon after. Most importantly, I am happy with the results of the lawsuits. I was fortunate that reasonable settlements were able to be negotiated by Brian and Matthew. An actual trial was avoided. If I was ever in a similar situation I would be happy to work with these talented professionals again. I think I would be hard pressed to find two attorneys as knowledgeable about the science behind mesothelioma and as skilled in presenting the details of my case as Brian Early and Matt Park. I am very grateful for all that they have done for me and for my family.
