      Company has stolen $533.15. They committed fraud. We pre paid for services & cancelled services after the owner went from stating services would cost under $300 to over $1100 with no explanation. Owner promised refund both in writing as well as per contract but has failed to reimburse.

      I signed up for a one year hiking contract package for my puppy on July 5th. In the contract it stated, " hiking would be weekly with twice weekly as a max. Hikes will be 60-90 minutes. Hiking package includes training in on leash, off leash, side, center, and heel. This includes pick up and drop-off." The package was $400 dollars. Throughout this package, there were numerous times she was late, wouldn't show, or had to cancel last minute. On Wednesday, October 12th my dog was supposed to have a hike so I asked what time and I received a text back saying that my contract was being cancelled due to not being able to withhold her travel end up the contract. At this point, I was informed my package would be refunded by 10/14 8am. On 10/14, I did not receive a refund and reached out to which her reply was thinking the 15th was Friday and that the money would be returned to her account and back to me directly on 10/17. On 10/17 I still did not receive a refund and reached out. On 10/18 she replied and asked me to call. During this phone call, she expressed she tried to refund me $250 but there were 2 training sessions she forgot to mark as paid(she said they were $100 each) so she can only give me $50 today and the remaining $200 would be sent on 10/31 due to her only being paid on the 15th and 31st of each month. I asked for the math due to only having services for 3 months, it should be $300. She agreed to meet in the middle and give $275 via text message. On 10/31, she did not provide the remaining $225. I had to text her and ask to which she said she was not giving $275 due to 2 unpaid training sessions. These 2 training sessions she is referring to never happened and I was never made aware of any unpaid sessions or sent a receipt and originally she was trying to refund $250 but was now only willing to refund $200 instead of agreed upon $275. These training sessions she is referring to were never rendered and she scammed me of $100 plus dollars, time, and money.
