The owner of outreach realtyRequested a viewing a home that I recently had a fire and going on the market for sale as a possible investment property belong to an 80 year old woman for her to him for 50years the fire was a huge tragedy in the family barely made it out and the images of the home traumatic the owner decided to videotape an authorized and knowing that she was not allowed to videotape inside the private home because of the images and because of the damage that the family and the handstand she snuck behind the realtors back and videotaped the home anyway made defamatory comments about the family made comments about the family living like this before the fire because items were tossed about by firemen and tossed about by people helping with the family salvaging what they can find the horrible fire she made make comments with someone else in the video that they apparently found amusing which how can you find anything funny when you’re walking through the hall of a tragic fire the family was trying to keep the inside images from the younger children that were in the fire and from the young lady who had to do everything possible to get her 80 year old mother out of the home she never looked at the floor that her mother lived on because it was too traumatic she was trying not to go into the home because it was too dramatic however Roberta felt that it was necessary not only videotape and authorized images of the home but post them on ******** and make derogatory remarks during her walk-through because she has a previous history of animosity with one of the family members we believe that she did this maliciously and intentionally too pan and victimize the family.The family had their realtor explicitly let everyone know it would be no videotaping so she waited until the realtors back was turned and she was on another floor away from the realtor to sneak a video tape against the wishes of the Family and posted it on F******* *or the victimizing the family

The property itself was listed within the MLS, and publicly on its associated sites making the property information and photos available for the public to view multiple ways. Any sharing of photos or video was purely for Real Estate educational purposes with absolutely no malicious intent to the Owner or anyone involved in such a tragic event.
