September 16,2023 schedule event for this company. It was scheduled for my wedding. A different team showed up with half of products and not what we requested at all. They charged 16 and 18 for drinks per piece than 6 and 8 and promised. There was also no pitchers of water and juice. The guests were served open cans of soda and some were charged for those. When soft drinks were included with our paid package. There was damage to the bar cooler at venue. The damage was water damage due to the several bags of ice that was out in it. The bartender team was told several times no ice in the cooler. We had to use several rounds of buckets to dump out the ice at the end of our wedding. The team did not provide toast drinks either as discussed. The team promised didn't show and they sent another team unfamiliar with bartending. After the event I talked to the owner who said she would give me 400 back. I still have not received the last payment. I at this time am requesting a full refund due to the damage at venue and the drinks we didn't get and promised. On ****** reviews it seems I am not the only one having this terrible treatment. The attached screen shots are from my cell phone. The owner of the company Marcella wrote me in a angry very offensive text messages. She also noted that she would not be giving anything for what we gave her in the amount of 1400.00. we had a contract that she did not follow. If you further review recent ****** reviews. You notice there are other people who had the same poor treatment and were scammed. I feel this company is a scam and dishonest. Several people including myself have lost money and time. Please review the attachments. I can also email the contract from our wedding September 16,2023. Thank you for your timeCustomer response

Attached is our contract that was scammed by the company couple of bartenders. Listing dates dollar amounts etc. I also have a text trail from this whole time. All cash app transactions. Thank you for your time.
