      I scribed to the Day newspaper in March. It was 90 dollars for 13 weeks. 5 times in the month of March I did not receive a paper. I contacted the day several times only to be told that I could cancel my scription as it was a promotion. This was the first time I heard this. I then spoke to Ms Desire M**** who told me the same thing and apologized for not being told because it was a special I could not cancel. I have not received a paper the month of April over 5 times. I have not received a paper for the last four days. I called and left several messages for Ms M**** with no response. I was never told that no matter the lack of service I still cannot cancel. Why am I held to a contract and they are not. I just want to cancel and have my money returned.

      I am suppose to receive the paper every day. I lost count of how many days I did not receive my paper. They are suppose add these to when I pay for this service. I have not receive the day for the last three days. Told I would receive these also did not. Also it is a monthly charge but it is really every four weeks. Allowing them an extra payment every year. There service is terrible.

      I have not received my newspaper delivery for about a week and I get no response from the circulation dept. My account number is **** with The Day. I am paid up until January with a payment of $385.48 made this past January. I am elderly and ill so I don't have much chance to go out and buy the paper nor should I have to. I have made about a dozen calls with no reply as to what the problem is.

      Missed delivery of papers. Last 3 weeks missed 15 papers. Do not return calls when you leave your number. Including the head officials. Subscription is paid for 1 year in advance. What do I need to do to get this situation resolved. I am 81 years old and can't get out every day to purchase a paper and I do not own a computer. I would just like to be able to read my newspaper that I have already paid for. Please call me at ###-###-#### or email my daughter at ************************. Thank you ******* *******
