On January 11, 2023 I booked a round trip ferry reservation priority service so that I may be up front on the ferry and not so close around other vehicles. I use the ferry service very frequently as my family lives in the *** ******* area. This particular morning when I went back down to get into my car after arriving in *** ******...a ******* was butt up against my ****** driver side door. I noticed that there was no block put under the *******'s tire, therefore, it slid over to my car and scratched the door panel. An incident report was filed with the ferry service and I was told they would need to check the cameras and get back to me in about 2 weeks. I have since contacted them 6 times by phone...left messages with a person named Chip B******...inaddition I have sent an email to the ferry service...and NO ONE has even acknowledge my call or messages. No contact with me at all. I am asking for a refund of my trip that day....so that I may use the money to get my drivers side door buffed and painted. I am hoping that by filing this complaint, you will be able to help me in resolving this issue. thank you ***** ******** ###-###-#### *******************Initial Complaint

In early June, when I was looking into how to use Ferry on ***** ****** through *** ****, I found out about ***** ***** Ferry on the Internet and through voice messages that 45% discount is applied to membership when using Ferry. During the trip to *** ****, I wanted to get a discount rate by using the membership that I signed up for after arriving at Terminal via **** ******, but unlike the Internet information, I found that the discount rate was only applied to limited customers on board the expected discount rate was not applied I think the exaggerated advertisement that I want to get a 45% discount rate refund that was not applied when I used Perry, and that anyone who joined the membership can get a discount rate should be improved My wife and I made a trip to ***** ****** via *** **** to celebrate our 32nd wedding anniversary at that time. Therefore, I request that I refund the amount of $31.45 to my credit card (last credit card No : ****) by applying a 45% discount rate out of the $65.00 paid before boarding the ship.
