I purchased a vehicle from Executive Auto Sales LLC more specifically Ralph A***** Junior on 21 January 2022. On the date of purchase for $2,300 I was able to inspect the interior the exterior and the engine bay. I was unable to inspect the undercarriage due to weather and time of day it was 18 degrees and 4:30 in the afternoon the sun had gone or was going down. I asked to take the vehicle for a short test drive I was told no as the vehicle had a whisper of fuel. We purchased the vehicle and on Monday January 24th I took the vehicle to stillys Automotive to have a inspection completed of the undercarriage and an estimate for repairs that were agreed upon during purchase. I was told by stillys that the undercarriage was unserviceable and rotten and the vehicle was not roadworthy. I took pictures and forwarded them immediately to Ralph A***** jr. Ralph insured us that he would forward the information to the owner of Executive Auto Sales Ali kazmi and that he would make it right. Upon notification to his applying supervisor all Communications between us and the dealer had ceased. The dealer Ralph A***** Jr and the owner Ali kazmi would no longer return phone calls emails or texts to discuss resolution. My wife and I made every attempt 2 resolve this issue at the lowest level with no success. We took the vehicle 2 Northeast undercoating to have an estimate completed for repair of the rotten undercarriage. We were given a verbal estimate from the owner of four to $5,000. We have attached the stillys paperwork and E Northeast undercoating paperwork and evidence as well as pictures and all paperwork that exchanged hands between Ralph A***** Junior and myself. Forgive the punctuation and grammar errors as I have nerve damage in both hands and find it difficult to type or even right. I am using talk-to-text.
