Since losing our son nearly 5 years ago, I have been on a mission to design and create tranquil spaces in my home where my family and I can find some tranquility. In that time, I have come to know Mr. Gilbert (Billy) and the team at B&L Home Improvements, who have delivered exactly what my family needs, time and time again. Most recently, Mr. Gilbert took on our most ambitious project, a complete redesign of our first floor, (Kitchen, Family, and Dining rooms) and they really knocked it out of the park! Within a few days of our initial discussion, Billy quickly assembled a team of experts, covering all the trades needed for the project, he organized the plans and schedule, and jumped right into the work! It was a pretty serious job, the team carefully removed load-bearing walls, installed massive steel beams, and quickly popped in all new windows (footnote - my wife loves the fancy garden window, ty Billy!), and then they finished things off by installing custom cabinets, and some very heavy appliances. They completely transformed our entire home and really hooked up our family room with beautiful hardwood floors, super cool shiplap, some sharp-looking trim, and these amazing smart lights that connect to our TV! I wish I could share all the photos! My family and I are completely blown away by the quality of B&L Home Improvement's work! ....but more importantly, we are thankful to Billy and his team for the love they put into this project, they have given us the gift of tranquility and helped us to heal. B&L just finished the second project on our home. While we work hard for our money, Bill and team works hard to ensure complete customer satisfaction. He provided excellent guidance before, during, and after the renovations. Bill treated our money like his own, and helped us make the right decisions that made sense from a budget standpoint and aesthetics. His work was done on time, and through rainstorms and supply delays, he did everything right and was fully transparent with costs and what needed to be done now, and what could wait. The house looks brand new, and we tell everyone how great B&L is!
