** appliances uses this business for warranty repair. On the first visit to our home (10-18-2021) , the technician did not actually look at the dishwasher but told us it was an electrical line problem (even though our electrician had already checked the line). He charged us for a service call Our electrician came that evening and rechecked the line- he also tried to run the dishwasher and we got an error code regarding the motor. (we were charged by the electrician for emergency call) on , I called the company - the serviceman said we needed a new motor and it would take a month to come in. On 11-5 we were notified that the motor had arrives On Nov ember 8th the office manager scheduled an appointment for Tuesday 11-9-2021 On 11-9 the repairman called and said he would have to reschedule to Friday 11-12-2021 On 11-12 we received a call stating that the repairman would be be at our home between 2-4 pm At 4 pm the repairman called and said he may not be able to "swing over there" today and that he would may have to come another time I left a message at 4:30 pm with the office Resolution 1. Finish the job in the next 4 days - REFUND THE ORGINAL SERVICE CALL, since the repairman did nothing 2. Deliver the motor (under warranty) and we will hire another company to finish the workBusiness response

This job has been completed. first visit 10/21 thought may have had issue with electricity. (not uncommon) dishwasher not very old to have motor issue. customer advised of this.
second visit 11/8/2021 completed call. After researching with ** tech support, we replaced dishwasher motor. Motor was warrantied through **. Part was on back order through ** but we were able to find else where and completed repair sooner than expected.
Customer was happy paid for labor. Never once did she express any issues with our service or us.
We sinceraly apologize to customer if for any reason we caused her any distress or confusion.
