i ordered much needed formula. At first i received no confirmation indicating delivery date but when i reached out to them it was shipped immediately. i received it within days. it was overpriced any about 50.00. in addition, i ordered two cans and they were delivered in the cardboard container which had originally held four cans. i found this incredibly unprofessional. i had asked if they had more and i would have bought all four for my grandchild. shipping was steep as well on top of cost for formula. in these days of formula shortage for innocent babies it is sad that a company would take advantage of young families. instead they should be reaching out to help. the fact that they don’t makes you wonder what kind of individuals are running this company.

Don't use this company if you need a critical item. I ordered baby formula on Medicaleshop's website and received an e-mail order confirmation. I phoned today to check on the order and to my horror learned that Medicaleshop had not processed the order. They reported that their IT department had allowed customers to access an experimental website that was not fully operational. Not they tell me they can't get the product. The company is grossly incompetent and unreliable. Find another supplier.Medicaleshop Inc. Response

I placed an order on January 25th, and was given the expected ship date. Weekly email updates confirmed the date. That time came, and got changed to another few weeks out. Same thing happens every time it is expected to be delivered. Now, supposedly expected in April. Three months out. Yet my money was taken immediately upon placing the order. If the item was not available, or on backorder, this should have bern stated upon placing of order. I have cancelled my order, and waiting for refund.Medicaleshop Inc. Response

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. The ordered item was affected by manufacturer backorder due to global supply chain issues from COVID-19. Upon the customer's request, we promptly cancelled the order and issued a full refund.Review from DAVID L.

i ordered a wheelchair . the measurements did not match my order form-- if i sit in it it flips backwards--they put it at 3 inch center of gravity--they refuse to take it back and refund my moneyMedicaleshop Inc. Response

To Better Business Bureau, We regret the inconvenience caused to the customer. The customer ordered a non-returnable, custom-configured wheelchair, the options on which were confirmed over a telephonic and email conversation prior to processing the order. In order to remedy the customer's grievance, Medicaleshop Inc. recommended options that will render the unit usable to the customer. The customer, however, is reluctant to accommodate any of the advised options proposed. Thank you Medicaleshop Inc.
