.I just wanted to say how pleased we are with our new garage. When I started to do my research I was a little worried about some of the reviews from customers. But once I talked to Ron of ****** **** who is the local dealer I felt more relaxed and I chose to go with them and your company and apparently, I chose the right one. The process was 99% flawless. There was one small issue when the installers came and that was with the roof color I chose evergreen roofing and when the building got packed onto the trailer someone loaded brown for the ridge vent and not green. However, once the installing contractor found that he reinsured me that it would be handled ASAP and it was they did the framework and started the walls that night he drove back to Conn and got the green ridge vent and the next day they finished my building.    I think I owe Rebecca for most of that. If I had a question you were there to answer it, I felt I knew exactly what to expect and when it was going to happen. The construction crew did a fantastic job and the garage looks great. So I want to thank everyone at E B Carports for my new garage. We just think it’s great and it's been up for over a year and I'm loving it and 100% satisfied with it.  Wish I could say the same for the contractor who did the site work.

Showed up a day early but at 7pm. Started and finished next day.Two guys did not speak any English. They made a mess while contructing and Damage several panels. When paying the owner said he would not take a credit card. I screen shot his web page stating they accept CC. Not to mention the deposit was placed with a CC. Unprofessional company I'd look elswhere.

The communication with their customers is horrible. They showed up when they felt like it despite me telling them we needed a 24 to 48 hour notice. When I spoke to them on the phone ( my wife called me at work when they just showed up ) I asked them not to go on the property until I got home. Not only was that ignored but they helped themselves to the electric in my closed shed which is inside a gated yard. They proceeded to offload the equipment and start building process. Before 7am they were sawzalling and making a racket. I called the office and they weren’t open yet but spoke with the warehouse mgr and explained that I could not communicate with the installers as they did not speak English at all. ( through google translate the install lead admitted he didn’t have a visa or greencard ). Once I told the mgr that I didn’t have a check for them he said he would pull the guys off the job with the equipment and cancel the job. Even though I explained I planned that I was getting a bank check on Thurs because the install was on Friday. They came without a courtesy call and I was not prepared. I then proceeded to let the mgr know that I would loose my day pay as I had to leave work without notice and the next day there was not worked scheduled for me which meant 2 days without pay. He offered a discount which I agreed to. But the craftmanship of the building is terrible. Missing bolts from the door, damaged siding, and missing screws that they had installed and removed for whatever reason leaving holes. I noticed the door was very crooked and come to find out the rails were an inch different in height. Out comes the sawzall again. They cut the screws that were not easy to get rather than take the door down and fix the right way. More dents in the siding and quite a bit of blood all over the door and brand new concrete slab. I walked the site and cleaned all the screws they were tossing in my yard. Terrible experience and would not recommend their service or product.
