On Oct. 25th I order a RFinder radio thru this company's website. The purchased was financed thru **** and an initial payment of $98.00 was paid. On Oct. 30th I emailed this company at both ***************** and ******************* to cancel the order as it had NOT yet been fulfilled and I was able to purchase the radio thru a private sale. I also emailed the same addresses on Oct. 31st, Nov. 1 and again Nov. 2nd to cancel the order. In addition the the emails I created a "service ticket" thru the companies web page to cancel. I have also attempted to "chat" with the company thru web page as well. I have not received a response to any of my emails, service ticket, or chat request to cancel or confirm cancellation of this order. Nor have I received refund for my initial payment. As of this writing the order is till reflecting as not yet being fulfilled so I am not sure were the difficulties lie in canceling. The order number is ****Business response

Ordered New Radio but was shipped a broken returned radio. Called in was told they were sorry would make it right. They were busy to help me told me to call back in a week and they would ship me a new one. Called back said they were back ordered to just use the *** radio that was sent as a new radio. Well guess why it was *** because it was no good. Called again asked for a new one or refund my money. Never heard back have sent several emails and no response. This has been going on since Feb 2023. I can NOT recommend buying anything from them. I have a very expensive piece of crap radio don’t get taken advantage of like myself.Initial Complaint

I paid for their product back on 17 Feb 2023, I have yet received what I paid for which is over 1,000. I have tried to get some help from them but stall , and now on replies. The card company has been of no help in recovering my funds. My first contact with them was 6 March 2023, it took then 3 weeks to reply. Now they just ignore
