I purchased through ******* two certificates for a haircut, conditioning and blow dry. The fine print on the deal states that they limit 4 per person and may be repurchased every 365 days, and merchant is solely responsible to purchasers for the care and quality of the advertised service. The first ******* was used and I was very happy with the haircut. I called to use my second certificate, and was told by the salon that they only allow one per customer. I told them that they have it advertised that I am allowed to purchase 4 certificates over 365 days. The Salon said she would not allow me to use the ******* as payment in full, but I could use the price purchased and apply it to their full price haircut. I tried to state that this is false advertising, and that she should look at how they advertise on Groupon, and it allows FOUR certificates for purchase. She cancelled my appointment that she had made before I told her about the Groupon, and said she would not honor it. I have looked again today at how they advertise through Groupon, and it still states that customers can purchase four certificates. I called ******* to tell them, and they said they could give me another salon and pay the difference, which I declined. I am upset that they continue to deceive customers still, and they charge your credit card, then dont honor it, and try to get you to use it towards a full price haircut. I want them to discontinue the false advertising, and want a credit issued to my credit card which I used to pay for the service
