In Nov 2022, I contracted brothers to redo my driveway in ********** *** At first, they seemed professional and experienced. They said they were in business for three generations. Everything was great until they actually did the job. I was not 100% happy with the job. It was a big paving job and my driveway had 3 passive patches -- all with different textures. He said that was normal, but it is not. For $14,000, I expected a clean, smooth driveway. After much back and forth, he redid it. On 11/14 I received a contract for the last $4,000 I had to pay him. In this contract, it says that he was going to paint the last line on driveway for the cars (white stripe), and remove a very large boulder that he said he found in the ground while he was preparing to pave. He left it on the sidewalk when he completed the paving. On 11/21 I followed up to see if he removed the rock. He said he was going to do it the next day when he gets his truck. The next day, on 11/22 I followed up and got no response. On 11/30 I asked him to please remove the rock. I was worried I would get a ticket. He said he would remove it by Saturday. On 12/6, I followed up, he said his truck is not done and he would have it by tomorrow. On 12/21 I checked in again, he said he had to borrow a trailer and he would get it done by tomorrow. I was very frustrated and called him multiple times, he did not pick up. Then he texted me and said it was not his boulder so he's removing it as a favor since he was no use for the rock, which is ridiculous. He just left this massive rock in front of my house after his job. He finally said, " I don't plan on leaving it I give my word". On 1/17 I reached out to tell him it's been another month and I'm still waiting for him to remove this from my house. He has not responded to my phone calls or text messages.

Contracted with Brothers Paving on November 3, 2021 to dig up, remove paved driveway, put down gravel, enlarge and pave the driveway. They were to also haul away any grass and debris. They were paid in full $3500 to furnish materials and labor. Although the driveway was completed, and looked better, even and neater, it seems from the beginning it was not pressed well enough or the mix wasn't a good mix or the machine wasn't hot because to this day there is still gravel pieces that come into the house. I contacted him on December 17 and asked him to come see the property because there were already rocks that were on the surface. He responded and said he would look it over on the weekend. He came and then called on 12-19-21 and sent a video of how he would fix it by sealing it. First he wanted to charge $500 extra, then he went to $250, then he said he would do for free but he wasn't sure when. He claimed the materials used were from the city and the driveway is not breaking it is flaking. During the winter it looked as if all of the driveway was coming up with the snow. I contacted him again on 4-10-22 and he said he would be there by the end of the week. Contacted again on 4-22-22 since I had seen him in the area two times and yet he did not come to my house. He then said see you next week. I contacted again on 5-27-22 and he again said the end of next week he will come. He has not come. I am seeking $500 to have the driveway sealed because he claims that is the way to fix it. My contact person was Henry - ###-###-####, Business number on sign ###-###-####

They did not come out and seal the driveway. I spoke with Chelsea Lynn on October 11th after she reached out to me and she did agree to come out that next week.  They did not.

I contacted again on 10-25-22 and she agreed that the weather was awful and they wanted to make sure I got a good job done and that was the last contact.

I would like this information to go on file. I know it is too cold right now to complete the job but there was plenty of time to do so.

      Thanks

Brothers Paving LLC came out to my property on 07/01/22 and details and specification of project was given to Henry Henry agreed to do the job for $9000 start date 7/6/22. After Henry left I had a mutual friend who knows his work and previously work for Henry review the contract and spoke with him directly at this time the contract was change and $ amount was increased to $10,500 Henry reasoning first price did not include digging out everything.7/6/22 no call no show from Brothers Paving. The Mutual friend reached out and Henry reported a crew will be out 7/7/22, 7/7/22 Henry arrive to my property with new contract and his employees. I was warned about this company but I never thought they would try this with someone who also knows the job and previously worked with said company. Four days these people took to dig driveway, started laying millings before grass was completely removed laying millings in soft areas. Henry was again called by mutual friend stating property is damaged and work is not being done to code, Henry left my property stating “he have other things to do” work remains incomplete. Henry was requesting $4500 payment with incomplete work and damage to my property, Henry and mutual friend had several conversations pertaining the mistreatment of my property and the need to fix it Henry admitted to damages but demanded payment, over a week later I wrote a message to Henry telling him I will report him if my property is not fixed and the work is not done to code. Henry kept demanding payment. A female reached out stating she is the owner of the company and new contract was written again female again demand payment, $4000 was paid my credit card with the expectation that everything will be taken care of on 7/22/22 one employee came by to make the property presentable for my upcoming event with the expectation everything else per request will be done in the upcoming week. My property is left damage and incomplete with LLC denial of responsibility
