            On 01/03/2023 BBB Serving CT opened an investigation into the business practices of LGND Supply Co. LLC after receiving a Scam Tracker report regarding their Sweepstakes. The consumer stated they were approached via social media and informed that they had won a truck and cash.  However, the consumer was then told that they would be required to pay substantial taxes and fees to collect their prize. 

            The investigation determined that the Scam Tracker reports were regarding an imposter scam and LGND Supply Co. has been working with BBB to ensure that they are making it clear to consumers how the sweepstakes operates and is now actively warning them of scams. (04/15/24)

            BBB recommends checking all the terms and conditions of sweepstakes when entering.

            I placed an order over a month ago and never received the order and was told when I purchased it that it would be received within 10 days and that never happened. I’ve contacted the company numerous times regarding my order and just get excuses and then hung up on email their support and get the same excuses but no date for delivery or anything, no one will help Me with my problem and everyone has refused to return my order give me my money back.

            First, the delivery time is long and slow. Second, you receive defective merchandise. Third, the merchandise is way over priced!! You spend $20 for a glass breaker and seat belt cutter that only costs $9.95 on ******** What a sucker I am for doing that!

Secondly, If you receive a defective product, please reach out to our customer service team and we will gladly replace it for you. While some may question the pricing of our products, it is important to note that they are priced in consideration of not only the cost of production, but also the added value that comes with each purchase.
