      I spent over $300 on a backpack to be entered into a contest. The backpack itself contains merchandise making it worth it. I ordered it almost a month ago now and it HASNT EVEN BEEN PROCESSED. I would NOT have ordered it, if the man on the phone there did not tell me “yes your backpack will ship in 5-7 business days”!!!! That’s FRAUD! I can prove, as an employee of LGND SUPPLY CO he KNEW that the backpack orders are a scam. Online reviews from ppl stating they hadn’t received in months with RESPONSES FROM THE COMPANY apologizing and blaming it on “extremely high demand”… Meaning THEY SHOULDBT CONTINUE TO SELL BACKPACKS IF YOU DONT HAVE ANY BACKPACKS?!?!?? How is that not illegal? Taking my money for goods I’m purchasing FROM YOU, that YOU DONT HAVE??? Of course no refunds. Quit letting these losers rip ppl off. You’re not “Changing the world with your giveaways” if they’re funded by ripping off the little guys. It’s literally a Ponzi scheme? Look at all the SAME EXACT BBB COMPLAINTS here???? What kind of organization are you BBB? You continue to allow this??

      I placed an order over a month ago and never received the order and was told when I purchased it that it would be received within 10 days and that never happened. I’ve contacted the company numerous times regarding my order and just get excuses and then hung up on email their support and get the same excuses but no date for delivery or anything, no one will help Me with my problem and everyone has refused to return my order give me my money back.

      Placed an order through this company March 17th. I have reached put numerous times (3) to inquire on my order that I placed (Order #******). I have yet to receive any products that I ordered from this business. I’ve asked for a full refund and they advised they do not provide per their policy. I advised I understand and requested for items to be shipped. At this point and time, nothing has been shipped even after advising of potential filing with BBB if services were not rendered.

      I ordered a $300 backpack to never to receive anything I’ve tried contacting the company multiple time all the reply is it was delivered even though I have cameras and proof that it never was

      Eveytime I have attempted to be removed from the email list it can’t connection to the server. I have requested to stop receiving text messages from the company but I am still receiving them. I have verified that I am connected to my internal service provider and I can not unsubscribe from their email account. I would like this resolved

      Ordered product from the company. I ordered the mystery bag. After multiple attempts to contact the company about update to the order, they have stopped responding to emails. It's been almost a month and the order hasn't even been fulfilled.

The mystery bags are one of our most popular items bought and there is a high volume of them being purchased.  Our team is doing their best to keep up and if not catch up from the amount of ordered placed.  Your order will be fulfilled and shipped out as soon as it is done so.  You will receive confirmation on their behalf.       I am rejecting this response because:

         It's the same response I have received over and over again. I think after almost a month I should have received what I have purchased. The fact that the same generic message keeps being sent shows that you as a company are not attempting to fulfill the order and after reading reviews of either customers not receiving their items or that items are not equal to the amount paid, speaks clearly on how you don't respect your customers. I think k this is a scam on big ticket items.

      Bought products—cool bag, T-shirt and extra for my kid. It got entries to a contest 13Sept2023 for the total price 164.32. Prices over $100 got free shipping. It was supposed to ship in 6-12 days. No I’ve gotten an email lamenting they don’t have the supply of bags to meet the demand. I asked to get my refund and was told I could not and it was illegal to get a refund. But I can’t get my product in a unknown reasonable amount of time yet they continue advertising for purchase of these bags: Honestly, with regard to our Limited Mystery Backpacks, we did receive a huge order for these—over 20,000 orders just this week. Not to mention the previous week, which is why our fulfillment team is having delays in fulfilling these orders. Considering that every item posted on our website is custom-made at our fulfillment center, rest assured that we are working hard for all orders to be shipped out as soon as possible.       I apologize for the delay of you receiving your order.  We must say, our team truly is trying their best to fulfilled each and every purchases but can only move so fast. they are trying to catch up and get all orders shipped as quickly as possible to our customers. There has been such a high volume of orders being made (especially the backpacks) starting back in May until now so you will be receiving an email once the product is shipped.  We thank you for your support and hope it continues.

      My wife ordered merchandise from LGND, it was not what she received and was falsely advertised. Several emails by her were never responded to by this so called company. Have seen several complaint filed about purchases of similar backpack offers with the similar cheap items that did not match what they advertised to be received.

      Placed an order nearly a month ago that's still pending. They say 5-7 business days for processing. Customer service has no updates and no refunds. They're blaming high volume and broken machines.
