      No Stars! Crunch Fitness ****** ** Gym management team needs extreme customer service education. Mr. Manager, Carlos, has no respect. Instead of resolving a member issue he resolves it by hanging up the phone in your face! How Rude and Unacceptable. My son is home from college, walked in and asked to do a month to month, from May thru August. Yes, he signed a contract for month to month. Now they deducted the monthly fees and the annual membership. Why would he sign an annual membership when he is not here after August. Tried to explain that to Dear Manager. Dear Manager does not want to hear it. Hangs up the phone and does not want to deal with the matter. Nice Business, NOT! I or my son will NEVER lay foot in that gym. They are a complete rip off and no respect for students. I decided to take a step further and called headquarters in ******** ** and they informed me they run a special for college students, 3 months for $15.99 with no fees attached. So, Mr. Carlos why did you not mention this at your gym??? Go back to training classes.

      This business deserves NO STARS! Life has been crazy in our home for many months and at the age of 78 I had to take over from my husband all the financial and health business with no prior experience. He has a serious illness and there is not much out there available to reverse his condition. He has not been to the gym since November. I finally got a chance to cancel his membership in Feb. or March. I also paid money so his caregiver could go with him - that' is 2 memberships. Being overwhelmed, I just paid my bill every month without checking it carefully. It was when I was preparing information for taxes that I found 2 extra charges on his bill - $240 each - that were added on by CF in less than 2 weeks. My reaction ... $480 EXTRA in OCTOBER - FOR WHAT? The normal membership fees!were also on the bill. I went to C F in Verona and spoke to someone behind the desk about the charges. She could not find my husband's name on the membership roster and she went to get the manager. The manager said he knew my husband and he looked him up. He told me that my husband was off their membership list, but I should check with other CF concerns in the area - they may have "pulled his information over to their website and made some charges." (Sound fishy?) Instead I called my bank and they told me not to pay the charges and they would investigate. Result - they told me I had 2 "fraudulent" charges reversed (thought the $240 ones) not to worry. It looks like they might have been the 2 smaller ones. I have seen nothing about the big ones. Went over my latest bill yesterday. What was there - charges for 2 memberships for this past month. Called CF again last night. Got someone behind the desk who checked for my husband's account - none there. She TOLD THE MANAGER my story and he was supposed to return the call "last night or today"... 4:40 PM and no calls yet. After reading other reviews - doubt if I will ever hear! CONCLUSION: SCAMMED! BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS!

      We set up membership online. We were not told this was a one year commitment or that the annual fee is 69.99 plus they also charge for credit card fee of $2.00 with your monthly payment. And the agreement is not posted on your profile in the app even though they have a tab for it. This is truly shameful that they are not up front with this info.

      Extremely poor customer service. I paid for my daughter to have training sessions for 3 months. I made it very clear from the start that this would only be for 3 months. They charged me for a 4th month and now they are refusing to reimburse me the $180 they pretty much stole from me. I have been trying to get my money back for almost 2 months now. Don’t trust anything they say to you it’s a complete scam!

      I wrote a complaint on Crunch website (on 3-15-24) about the fact that the manager suspended my son's membership because they let a NON MEMBER into the gym, who then went into the bathroom and PUNCHED another member in the face. When I asked the manager to restore my son's membership because he was not involved with the incident, she said not until she feels like it. I asked when his membership would be restored, her reply was maybe May or June. I said that is not acceptable, her response was she cancelled his membership. All I want is to be able to go to the gym with my son and not be harassed by the horrible management team. ***** ******

      Besides not being clean and the equipment being in a constant state of disrepair, Management is horrendous. When I tried to cancel my membership, no one returned my calls and the Manager claimed it wasn't his job. Not worth the money.

      Horrible experience. When you go to the gym, they say you need to email the manager.. when you email the manager .. you don't hear back or acknowledgement that they have received my email or anything.. + they charged me again eventhough I cancelled my premium membership 6 months ago.. no reply from manager

      No one ever answers the phone at the front desk today is 9/9/2023 i called them 3 times no one answer but they have the audacity to tell me in order to cancel my order i have to pay them a month in advance then i can cancel.

      It is very challenging to cancel membership despite calling and emailing their location. I was unable to speak to someone at the facility as all communication was provided online. Despite the back and forth required to cancel (resulting in several days) they would not make an exemption to waive the final months fee. I now have two months of membership that I cannot use because I am not living in the state anymore. There was also no other contact information provided to file a complaint.
