- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for a refund.
Return With TheShoeMart.com - It's Easy:
-You can return your purchase for up to 90 days from the purchase date.
-Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
-Return shipping is $7.99 and will be subtracted from your refund.
-From our website, you will be able to email to yourself or print your FedEx return label.
-Then just drop it off at a local FedEx location near you. (Please do not use a FedEx drop box.)
-Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
-Once your return is received and inspected,your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
-Returns are not accepted on international orders.
