    Better Business Bureau (BBB) files contain a pattern of complaints about Grapes of Norwalk from consumers stating they have failed to receive items that have already been charged to their credit cards, and that even after extended periods of time, sometime months, the products do not arrive.  Consumers further indicate that they are unsuccessful in receiving assistance from customer service or receive refunds from the company. 

    On January 14 2020,  BBB sent correspondence to Grapes of Norwalk requesting their voluntary cooperation in providing an outline of the steps they intended to take in order to address and eliminate the underlying cause of the patterns of complaints.

    To date, Grapes of Norwalk has failed to respond to BBB’s request and the patterns remain.

      I ordered a case of wine on 2/21/2023 (#*****). They promptly charge my credit card for $359.88. After not receiving any shipping information I contacted customer service, and they told me it would ship on 3/13 . I have received no further shipping confirmation. I contacted customer service again and they have not responded to my inquiry. I tried calling the phone number listed but it is not a working number. Based upon the number of complaints against this organization ,this company should not be allowed to do business in your state. You should initiate a criminal investigation for an ongoing fraudulent activity. I would like a refund if you can help with that. Thanks

      I placed my order with this company on 08/22/2022 for $1458.89 for a total of 35 bottles of wine. After calling and emailing couple of times "where is my order" I received (on 09/20/2022) a partial shipment with 24 bottles only. None of the vintage for the bottles I received were what I ordered. I reviewed their website "Vintage policy" (Under Shipping tab) and it clearly states "We will automatically substitute wines price$20 or below with a comparable vintage" I call them back and send them an email stating all of my bottles are over $20 why my vintage where substitute without my knowledge? For example, I ordered a 2000 ***** ****** and they sent me a 2009 vintage. This people are advertising false information; wine that they don't have or cant provide. If you review their website grapeswine.com goggle reviews, they are all scary. 149 complaints about the same issue. This is a fraudulent company that needs to be investigate further. Please involve the authorities that can stop this business for doing wrong to customers. I want my money back - No just the money for the remaining 11 bottles that I have not received. I am asking for the full refund.
