      I purchased a bottle of wine for $102.34 from WineParity.com in 2023 and never received the bottle. I've submitted contact us forms from their website, emailed their supposed customer service address and called them many times. I've never received a response and now see other complaints that many other people have had the same thing happen. This is a scam site purposely defrauding consumers and the website should be taken down.

      Ordered wine on 1/26/2023. Received an email on 2/10/23 indicating that the order has been delayed due to inability to get some of the wine in. Indicated it would ship 2/20/23. Did not receive any additional communication. I inquired about the order on April 3, 2023. I received a response that day telling me to contact the credit card company to get my money back. That they had a processing problem. Suggested I call and re-order the wine. On 4/6/23 I asked for details on my order so I could get the information on which card I used. NO RESPONSE. On April 8, 2023, I demanded that they refund my money. NO RESPONSE.

      I ordered 6 bottles of wine, specifically **** ***** ******* ********** ****** on March 11, 2023. On March 17, 2023 I sent an email to ********************** to inquire about the status of the order. I received a shipment of 2 bottles of an unknown brand of Merlot on March 21, 2023 I immediately sent an email on March 21, 2023 to ********************** complaining about the incorrect shipment. I did not hear anything. I sent further emails on March 22, March 27, March 29, 2023 indicating that I would like to return the 2 bottles shipped to me, cancel the order, and obtain a refund. I have not heard anything. I filed a dispute on March 22, 2023 with my credit card company which has not been resolved as of March 29, 2023. Suffice it to say, that this site is a scam. I will continue to send emails requesting "return" instructions, although I have no hope that this "company", it is truly exists, will honor my request. It is also my understanding that WineParity.com is a sister site to ************** located at ** ***** ******* ******** **. I want to return the 2 bottles that I received and obtain a refund for the $260.20 I paid for the original order of 6 bottles of **** ***** ******* ********** ******.

      I purchased a case of wine for a little under $300 in November 2022 (order # *****). It never arrived, so I sent a series of emails to their customer service. Each time I got a reply saying that the wine was back ordered and would be shipped soon. Then they replied to my most recent follow-up with a message saying they had switched credit card processors, and I would need to cancel the transaction with my credit card company and re-place the order. It’s not possible for me to cancel the credit card transaction because it has been more than 60 days. Their whole operation is unprofessional and feels like a scam. Doubt it’s ever going to happen, but I’d either like them to refund my purchase or ship me the wine that I ordered.

      I ordered 6 bottles of wine for a total price of $212.44 and they shipped me 2 bottles of completely different wine worth $20. Called and emailed them numerous times to find out about my order and have not received responses to emails or my calls. From reading reviews on this business it looks like this is prevalent behavior. Wish I had read the reviews prior to the purchase.

      Got billed for wine I never ordered in the amount of $672 from Wine Parity. Sellers response was he would ‘check with shipping’. No response in 12 days. Now screening my calls. Contacted credit card company and they investigated. Subsequently credited the amount back to me. They also canceled credit card so this won’t happen again. Originally ordered wine from this company on one occasion many months ago. I would caution anyone dealing with them in future.

      I was notified by ******** ******* (credit card ) that a charge to my card occured on Monday 2/6/23 in the amount of 468.88 from a compny called Wine Parity ( ****** ). I did not buy wine from them or anything else. I call them multiple times, only got thier voice mail and when i try to leave a message the phone disconnects. I wrote a email and files a compliant on their web site and a guy name John wrote back to me and said he would look into it.. its been 2 days since i heard back from them and have written John back multiple times with no returned message.. i need and explaination on what happened and why they have my credit card information.

      On 1/8/2023 - I ordered a half case of white wine from the website. Same day, I was charged via credit card $377.80. Today is 1/26/2023 - I have no product, no shipment notification, cannot leave a phone message, and email has not been responded to by company. .

      Due to the existing supply chain issues, ******* ********** wine was on backorder from our supplier and will now ship out this Wednesday February 1st. The nature of the wine business, and virtually all businesses that rely on multiple supply factors, is such that we are wrought with unforeseen problems which delay our ability to service our customers.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, subject to the vendor following through on the promise for shipping as of 2/1/23 and proper transmission of a tracking number.  Any further delay will be met with a new (or re-initiation of the complaint).

      I placed an order with Wine Parity on November 25, 2022. I emailed multiple times asking when the case would ship and only received one response and the information they gave me false. I received a shipping notification that my order shipped on December 22nd with a pack list of my exact order: 8 bottles ******* ******* *** *** ****** *******, 1 bottle ****** *** *** *****, 1 bottle ******* ****, 1 bottle ****** ***** ****, 1 bottle ********** *******. I received a case on December 28, 2022 that was the incorrect order. I didn't receive any of the 8 bottles of *** **** I received: 0 of 8 2019 ******* *** *** ****** ******* 0 of 1 ******* **** 2 of 1 ******* ****** **** 1 of 1 v********* ******* 3 *** *** ********* which I did not order 5 * ****** ********** ***** **** ********* I did not order. I emailed the customer service on 12/28, Jan 1, 2023, and Jan 5th not receiving any reply. I've called the sales line twice and left voicemails. Not contact back from the business. I would like a refund for the items I ordered and did not receive: $143.92 for the *** *** $16.99 for the *******

      Holiday time offers us many challenges.  We process multitudes of orders and nearly every one is prepared and shipped without issue.  In this case with Ms. ******* order, a part-time employee was overseeing the process and made mistakes on several occasions and the more ths employee tried to resolve an issue with this client, the more errors were made. We are sorry to have dropped the ball on this client and we are executing a full refund to resolve this issue.

      I ordered a case of wine from Wine Parity in Nov. I ordered 12 of 1 type of wine. 4 weeks later we received the shipment and they only gave us 4 bottles of the wine we ordered and gave us 8 bottle of another cheaper wine. They never contacted me to ask me if it was ok to switch out the bottles. They also did not offer any type of refund as mentioned the 8 bottles were cheaper than what I paid for. Lastly the 1st bottle of the wine we opened was bad and tasked like vinegar. I emailed the company and call 4 times and never received a response.
