I inquired about a class with Charlie over the phone. He told me there were no classes available because the one I requested was full. He called me back within an hour and told me someone dropped out. He then requested/ pressured me to pay $550 to book the class. I gave him a call 5 days before the class started to cancel my spot. He said he couldn't find anyone to fill the spot even though it took him an hour when I needed a spot earlier. I recieved a portion of the refund but I am filing a complaint to request the full amount. I think it is safe to say I gave ample time for him and the school to find someone else.Business response

Tuition Refund has been issued to client. Application fee of $100.00 is in process. Student has not responded to my recent texts to confirm that he received first refund.
I have attached a copy of our text messages with time stamps. This is the honest time line of cancelation and refund.
