    We had our whole house resided and windows installed in August 23'. The communication has not be great, very vague and limited. I've reached out a few times regarding things and it's multiple calls and emails to return. Recent issue: -moulding has come off the siding that was just installed 4 months ago. (See attachments) -was offered 10yr warrant on labor and parts -reached out owner, Christopher, on 1/8/24 informing them -informed "guys would be out." -1/23/24 still nothing. After a few texts, he thought it had been taken care of and said it would be done next week. -Friday 2/2/24, still nobody has come. Reached out AGAIN, informing him another week had went by. Can we schedule for Monday morning. He said "yes." -Monday 5pm 2/5/24 and still no repair. This business was very attentive and polite and worked hard up until the payment was provided. Since, it's been a nightmare getting them to respond and take care of what they need to. I'm seeking help with getting them out to fix it, and fix it properly.
