Team was hired to install 31 sewer laterals water lines fire lines and storm water systems. They didn’t tamp one hole. If I didn’t re-dig and tamp every lateral I would have had serious pavement collapse. The 8” fire line has a leak. They cut a 2” water line too short. They were supposed to install storm water drainage system and never finished. They walked off the job after I paid them 200k. The **** failed much of their work. They covered manholes without inspections. They installed the wrong tops to several manholes. I wouldn’t hire them ever again. They took a 3 month job and turned it into 5 months.

      Hi

Mr. V********’s comments are incorrect. I actually asked his employee Paul when Mr V******** walked off the job site why he was picking up their stuff. Paul informed me that Peter had told them to leave the job. I would be happy to send over the recording of my conversation with Paul.   I believe Peter V******** walked off the job because he didn’t want to sign a Change Order which is standard in the industry when you are going to pay a company more than their contracted amount as it outlined extra monies I was to pay him for work that he didn’t complete.

i am unsure why Mr V******** is saying this is in court as it’s not.  Just check the judicial website.

If it does go to court there will certainly be a counter suit in excess of $ 200,000.00 for faulty workmanship, Peter not  paying his subcontractors and many other items.

Please feel free to contact me if you would like information on Peter’s subcontractor who has not been paid. ***** should have been paid on Peter’s 2nd payment yet still on his 4th payment he was not paid.

Thank You for the opportunity to show the pictures. They detail  fire hydrant that is eleven feet off a building when it should have been thirty seven feet off the building pursuant to the plans. Another pic details areas of ground that were sinking due to not tamping the earth in six inch lifts. There were sinkholes all over and we have documented with hundreds of pictures.

      Thank You

Team was working in the road in front of my house Sept. 2022 and using a machine that swung back and forth knocked the wires off my house. My cable company connected my wires back but when the wires snapped off the house it broke my motion detector and the long strip of siding between the front and side corner of my house. I did have a electrician replace my motion detector and they reimbursed me. However they said they would do the siding for me and it has been months and they don't get back to me. It was Pete who was operating the machine that did the damage to my siding.
