On Dec 7th I emailed company about the planner I was looking to buy. I asked why I would be charged extra for the insert for the upcoming 2024 year, as it was a few weeks away. I was not interested in buying an outdated planner. In the email I recieved, which I have attached screen shots, I was told it was an internet issue with their company, and that I would NOT be charged for the 2024 inserts. I thought all was good, and placed my order with the company. Lo and behold, I recieved an outdated planner and charged over $22 for this upcoming year's "bonus" insert. I specifically asked about this beforehand. If I was buying a 70 some dollar planer, I expected the upcharge of $22 to be of the 2025 year. I reached back out to the company, which states on its page that it replies in 24 hours or less..... and still, 3 days later, as shown in screen shot- NO REPLY OR RESOLUTION. I would like my $22.21 refunded as they lied to me to con me into a purchase and did not reply to my email to resolve in an appropriate way for a business of this stature. This customer paid $75 for a 2024 planner that costs $75. For some reason, perhaps the way the item was listed in the shopping cart, she believes she was overcharged. She was not overcharged, this planner costs $75 whether it's for 2023, 2024, or both. Despite that, we are refunding her the full amount she paid as we do not want anyone to feel we have "conned" them in any way.Initial Complaint

Received order on or about 8/22/2023. Contacted seller for refund. Seller provided return shipping label. Returned item was received by seller on 8/28/2023 (per **** tracking). As of 9/13/2023 have not received refund. Email to seller on 9/11/2023 has no response. No telephone numbers available to contact a person.Business response
