      Absolutely horrible products and service! I bought a Klarus A2 Pro flashlight from this company and it had a major malfunction in less than a week, I've contacted them several times about the issue and they just ignore me and will NOT honor the warranty. I advise everyone take their business elswere because even the batteries i bought from them didn't have the shelf life they were supposed to and several leaked in the box!

      I ordered a battery that was supposedly in stock from Battery Junction almost two months ago. Still haven't received the battery and my account says the order is in process. I tried to cancel the order a couple of weeks ago. No change in the order status and ZERO communications from Battery Junction (other that the spam I get in my inbox).

      *** must Have lost my order but Michelle in customer service at Battery Junction found it and got it shipped to me and has contacted me over five times making sure everything was great and that I was happy. She let me know when the order was on its way when it got transferred to the **** and when it was delivered to my house. I’m very happy with battery Junction especially Michelle

      I will never order from them again. I ordered a battery that was on back order for several months. At least one month before they shipped it I emailed them to cancel the back order but never heard from them. I emailed them once more but still heard nothing until I got an email that they were getting ready to ship it. I emailed them again to cancel it, but they shipped it anyway. I contacted them to return the battery and not only did I have to pay shipping, they keep a 15% re-stocking fee.
