      I ordered flowers from ******************* on 7/15/24 to be delivered same day--7/16/24 for my mother's birthday. She is currently in a nursing home, and we are anticipating this birthday will, unfortunately, probably be her last. I wanted something really beautiful and colorful. I spent $92.36 for the bouquet and a balloon. This also included a delivery fee of $14.99, and same day delivery fee of $2.99. After placing my order, I used the chat feature to ask which local florist they were using to complete my order. They couldn't give me the information, claiming it to be "private"--between them and the florist. The 16th arrived, no flowers. I had given them all the pertinent information, and waited in anticipation. Still no flowers. Then, well after 5pm, well-after all of the local florists were closed, I received an email from Send Flowers that they had to unfortunately CANCEL my order, but they were refunding me the $2.99 same day delivery charge... The next day, I called and demanded a refund for my entire order. After a brief runaround, including offering me 20% off my next order, the agent claimed to have processed a full refund that I should expect in 3-5 business days. I checked my bank account every day-- no refund. So, I called Send Flowers to inquire about my full refund. The woman insisted they had processed my full refund, and now I must take it up with my bank to get my money back. To this day, I haven't received a DIME from them! I want my full refund of $92.36 asap!

      Avoid, Avoid, Avoid: Appalling and Embarrassing Experience! This has been an incredibly disappointing and embarrassing experience. I sent an elegant bouquet of orchids to my aunt, an interior designer, in sympathy for the loss of our uncle. Instead, they received a cheap, tired-looking arrangement that bore no resemblance to what I had chosen from their site. The embarrassing part was when her son sent me a photo to show the poor quality—half the flowers were missing—and mentioned how it did not represent our family at all. To make matters worse, the replacement they sent was even more unacceptable, with wilted flowers and nothing like what I had requested. This only added to the embarrassment. Instead of being able to grieve, my family had to deal with this issue, urging me not to accept such poor service. It’s awful to think that I will forever be associated with these terrible flowers at such a significant time. The company did refund my order in full and insisted on sending a 3rd arrangement. While I appreciated the refund and the suggestion to send another arrangement, I begged the supervisor I spoke with on the phone to communicate with the new florist, stressing that their arrangement needed to be truly remarkable to rectify this fiasco. Otherwise, sending another replacement that didn’t far exceed the previous poor deliveries would be pointless, and I would prefer to just accept the refund instead. However, the florist-designed arrangement did nothing to restore the situation or alleviate my embarrassment. The family sent me a picture of the bouquet, and while it was decent and an improvement, it lacked the elegance and sophistication I had originally paid for and did not reflect the price I paid.

      This was resolved with the customer when she went to another site and filed a complaint. We have refunded the customer in full. We also sent a replacement for the original order as well as a complimentary florist designed arrangement. At this point there is nothing further we can do. We have gone above and beyond our 100% satisfaction guarantee. Typically we will refund the customer or do a redelivery, we have done both.
