      Misleading paid influencers will tell you onewith orders are risk free/free returns. That is a lie and most people perceive that as you can return ill fitting suits without consequence. Instead, they use the term risk free as in you get 1 free exchange. If you want to return it you must pay their return shipping fee and a processing feee. Thats scammy. They charged me almost $25 to return two bottoms and a top. The bag weighed a little over 1lbs. When I asked why I was being charged so much, they still havent responded its been 3 business days and the weekend. No processing fee price is on their website. At first the portal gave me $10 more and then at final stage, it deducted that too. I legitimately tried these pieces on and within 5mins had them packaged up to ship back and provided them photos to initiate the claim as requested. The sizing was all over the place. Too tight on butt area yet falling down at waist. The top didnt have enough material to tighten and tie and still cover my parts. The last bottom was just super small and even though it said high waist it didnt even hit my belly button. I used the size charts, both bottoms were the same size and fit completely differently. I would not recommend anyone buys from them. Everyone swim suit cant fit right on everyone. You shouldn’t lose 20% of your money to try on swim suits. I dont care if they are small business or not, they are scammy and misleading ….BUYER BEWARE!

      The fit of the swimwear is ok, it is seamless, but the sizing sucks-I ordered an XS (I’m 5”0 and 108 pounds,) in one of the swim bottoms, and it fit perfectly at the band but was almost ballooning away from my crotch because it was so big everywhere else. When I reordered a different bottom that an associate said runs smaller, a pop-up came up on the screen of another discounted bottom that I could add to the cart, and I accidentally clicked the “buy now” button because it was literally huge on the screen. The item was immediately added to my order and the store did not respond to my emails asking to remove it from my order until after it had shipped, but were somehow able to send me promotional emails during the time my package was waiting to be shipped. All the associate said was to submit a return once I receive my order, but the company doesn’t even give free returns. I’m really disappointed because this seemed like a good small business, but I find these pop-ups extremely scammy.

      This is absolutely a legitimate company with a wonderful product. It was important that I come correct the only review that I saw on here as that was just a disgruntled customer - I have ordered a suit and almost needed to exchange for another size but the customer service team was prompt and thorough, helped me use prep the product correctly!

      ******** It is unfortunate that after so much care and explanation from our customer service team, you have still neglected the core messaging of not only our website, but what our support agents have been relaying to you. You purchased an item clearly labeled Bikini Top as a final sale item and thought it was a full bikini set, and tried to cancel the order but our fulfillment team works quickly and shipped your item before we could cancel. You then repeatedly accused us of false advertising and being a "scam" (which, as a small business, is NOT a word we take lightly), in order to express your frustration. Words have weight, and in that same vein, the words and representations of our products and customer service messaging are chosen VERY carefully. We urge you to exercise more discretion in understanding the contents of your order - as none of our customer service protocols were being respected, we promptly refunded your order and told you to keep the item in order to discontinue further communication with you. Please keep in mind that there are real humans behind small businesses on the receiving end of words like "scam" or "a bunch of people who have no idea what they're doing." Take care, Karissa
