I was sold a bird, by Robert H********* that was described as friendly, hand raised and the owner stated there is a 30day return policy and verbally guaranteed that this bird was friendly and iterated a 30day return policy while I was on the phone with family. After owning the bird for 2 days, the bird is not friendly at all and the owner, Robert H********* will not refund on this agreement.Initial Complaint

I purchased a bird on may 18,2023 and I payed in full and brought the bird home on may 25, 2023 . On may 28,2023 my bird died . I contacted the breeder I bought him from and he really didn’t care . I brought the body of my bird to him on may 30, 2023 and he said he had to have a necropsy done on the bird and said it would take a couple hours. Then I text him about what is going on with no response from him . So finally I called him with no answer. Then he calls me screaming at me telling me he told me it would take several days for the results he never said that to me. I just want my $632.00 I said and he will not give me my money he’s lied about everything. I shouldnt have to pay $632.00 for a bird that lives for 2 days when his policy says 30 day guarantee.I texted him around 3-4 times that day and he said I was harassing him because I wanted to know what was going on with my money or giving me a new bird
