Keeping money for sanding and staining my floors which they did not do. They coerced and threatened us legally to pay for unauthorized work leaving my wife and I feeling bullied and taken advantage of. From the outset, it was evident that the project manager, Bob Small, lacked commitment and professionalism. He repeatedly scheduled on-site meetings and then failed to show up without so much as a courtesy text, leaving us in limbo and wasting our time. This pattern of neglect continued as he entrusted subcontractors,to work in our home unsupervised and unscheduled, resulting in numerous errors and deviations from the agreed scope of work. One particularly egregious incident involved the careless installation of our shower walls, which were left unsecured and floating, posing a significant safety and structural hazard. The frustration heightened when they framed over my existing heat vent crushing it and making it unusable. Despite raising this issue with Bob S**** and Tony L******** they initially refused to take responsibility, leading to months of frustrating arguments before begrudgingly acknowledging their mistake. Their incompetence extended to every aspect of the project, from improper sheetrock installation to disregard for property, as evidenced by their van driving over our lawn and septic tank, as well as the absolute mess left behind throughout my home. Furthermore, their attempts to coerce us into paying for unauthorized work under threat of legal action is not only unethical but also a clear violation of the terms outlined in our contract, to get approval and a change order signed for work done outside of contract. Owner Dave Perotti's suggestion to bribe the project manager with coffee and donuts as a means to motivate them speaks volumes about the lack of professionalism within this company. Additionally, the comment made by project manager Bob Small about "******* around" at my house while prioritizing other jobs is utterly disrespectful.
