      1. March 21, 2022 2. Invoice is **** 3. Fixed the shower leak 4. Overcharged. I have talked to other licensed plumbers in Connecticut and the costs of the parts to fix it below 200$ . They were charging around 350$ per hour for a simple shower leak which was basically a rip off to the customers. Also, They did not inform me for the costs to fix it before charging me. I have text from other licensed plumber on the average costs to fix it They should not be ripping people off for the price. And they should give the quote before charging customers more than 1000$

      In response to this complaint, the job to fix, a tenant occupied unit, in which took a little time to get in and have basement unlocked for us to turn water off plus work on drain that wasnt working was documented thru GPS and other means was for a 3 hr period. This included having to go to supply house, which they didnt have and was forced to go to box store and find one. Pricing between companies or weekend warriors, is not a fair comparison. I have a very large overhead to take care of my customers and employees and living where we do its not easy running a successful business. Every company is going to be different in structure and fees they charge. As this is, it was my fault for not telling you an hourly or job based price. Believe me I try every time to give basic up front costs to alleviate a situation like this, where the job was repaired properly and I still havent been paid for anything. I will be adjusting your invoice because I do believe in customer appreciation and hope it will be adequate apologies for this.
