I bought a chevy ******** *** From Cargill Chevrolet in ****** *********** the truck front axle seal keep blowing and the service manager nick says he will not work or fix my truck that I paid 50000 dollars for and with interest over 60 grand with extended warranty that was 4800 dollars my tires are 1300 dollars 310 apiece they were brand new a year and 5 month ago the truck has traveled 26000 miles and gets regular oil changes and tire rotations they said I need new tires I haven't even gone off in a trail with it I drive back and forth from work roughly 13 minutes away from home so tires only last 25000 26000 miles now they said the Inner walls are severely damaged if you look at the back of my truck the Tires don't sit flat. Thay are cambered in So they are riding on the outside wall of the tire. I told them many times that I can hear the tires as they move. I understand they are bigger bulky tires but you shouldn't hear them as bad in the cabin I just believe they got a truck. They knew they had a little bit of problems in the front end and we're hoping I would take it off roading And break it so they could blame it on me and now that I am putting the screws to the service manager Nick. He is abusing his authority by not fixing my car. Because I wrote a review about him telling me if I didn't like the way they were working on my truck that I could take it elsewhere and to leave the building and not come back. That is pure customer service right there abuse of power. I have an extended warranty with them. They should fix it or find a place that will fix it for me I Pay $830 a month plus 295 for insurance I am paying what at other people are paying for homes for a truck that is broken and has been broken since I bought it they know there's big problems with the axle and they do not want to change it because it comes out of their pocket.I just want my truck fixed. Or I want a new car.One or the other I traded my **** and put money down they should treat treatgood

We do not accept the way the customer treated the employees that were only trying to help with vulgar and threatening language, which is unacceptable at any place of business.
As far as the extended warranty is concerned, if the customer did purchase one and is still active, they may go to any Service Department to remedy any issues they may find. Unfortunately, due to their behavior they will not be allowed to come back to Cargill Chevrolet. We take the well being and safety of our employees very seriously. If they need assistances with getting contact information for their extended warranty we can produce that on this platform if requested.

      We wish all the best.

About four weeks ago I bought a 2019 dodge ram 1500 for just under $30,000 from Cargill Chevrolet. Upon test driving the vehicle it had some dash lights on which they said they would take care of. After purchasing the vehicle they told me it was all set to be picked up so I did. Within a day, the lights came back on in the dash. I reached out to Cargill and set up a time to come pick up the vehicle which they did not have a tow truck available so I had to have it towed using my own resources. Cargill had the truck for over a week and told us they couldnt fix it so they had to send it somewhere else. It is now been with another dealer for over two weeks being a total of three weeks without the truck. The loaner they gave doesnt even have enough seats to even be used with kids. I am just giving the runaround every day saying a couple more days, a couple more days, may be next week. They are refusing to replace the truck or even give a loaner that has enough seats to transport children.

We have been working diligently to get the issues fixed at no cost. Along with providing a loaner vehicle at no cost. The customer will be working with CJ our Customer Care agent to get this rectified in a manor that he is happy with. We have tried to be as accommodating as possible.

I bought a used truck to tow my camper on March 20,2022. On April 22 I went to move my camper and the trailer hitch bent, I got a new one and installed it on April 25. That is when I noticed the frame had a "rot" hole.April 26 I called Cargill and asked to speak to general manager, I told them the problem I found, he put the used car sales manager on the phone . He said they would need to look at it ,I made an appointment for that day. I met Drew B*******, used car manager, and he had service check it. Yes the frame was rotted . I was given 3 options 1 they could patch weld the frame. 2 I could have the frame patch welded. 3 They could undo the deal, give me back my trade in return any monies I expended. I chose option 3, undo the deal. April 29 Drew the used car manager called me and said he did not have the authority to make that deal,I could only do option 1 or 2. By patching the frame you would decrease the value considerably to that of a "Salvage title" vehicle. The structural integrity would be compromised,I would not feel safe towing my camper.
