Michael ******* ****** M******* and Erica M******* have not delivered on a product I paid a deposit on ($2,037.31). After waiting a year and having four no-show "scheduled installation dates," it is clear they have no intention of delivering on our agreement to deliver and install a garage door. They have also refused to provide evidence that the garage door has actually been purchased from a distributor (despite my asking for this repeatedly going back to August 19, 2022). I have attempted to call them several times a week for nearly 6-months with them rarely taking my calls, and only to string me along further. Here is a summary of major events: Garage door was ordered on January 14, 2022 (and deposit paid) I was told the door would be received from the distributor on September 7, 2022. Scheduled installation for October 15, 2022. NO SHOW AND NO RESPONSE TO CALLS OR EMAILS. Rescheduled for October 29, 2022. NO SHOW AND NO RESPONSE. Rescheduled for November 19th, 2022. NO SHOW AND NO RESPONSE. REFUND REQUESTED. Rescheduled for January 14th, 2023. NO SHOW AND NO RESPONSE.
