I am seeking your assistance with a few matters regarding The Huntington Family Dental Group. 1st I would like the reimbursement of (2) erroneous charges made on my credit card (plus interest accrued) on 10/26/23 for the balance due on (4) fillings my son received. The balance was for $283 & was charged (3) times. I have spoken w/the Office Manager (9) times & submitted (2) Credit Card Dispute Claims, which were declined. #2 Please also note the dental office overcharged my son's insurance company for the (4) fillings & I will be reaching out to the CT Insurance Department. #3 I discovered that my Credit Rating has dropped 13 points due to the Credit Card Disputes I put in, they Declined & the fact that "The Customer Disagrees." I am reaching out to you to follow-up on a Complaint that I filed late last night.
I called Jane @ Huntington Family Dental Group to let her know I had submitted my Complaint to the BBB & she informed me that she had seen a credit on my account.
I checked my credit card right away to find that they had indeed credited the (2) erroneous transactions plus the interest. Please see the attached document. Oddly enough, I did not find a Message on the site with any explanation.
