We purchased a rug from Really Good Stuff as they had exactly what I was looking for. With it being used a few hours a week I expected it to hold up as it was pricey. The edging started to fray in 3 places after 7 months of use. I reached out to the company regarding their warranty- the warranty states if there are any issues in the first year they will repair or replace it. After many calls, emails sending pictures to three different people, and getting different answers I have still not had our rug fixed or replaced. I was told that since I chose to vacuum my rug the warranty would not be in effect and I was offered 10% of my purchase. I spent close to $500 with tax and shipping. TO be honest I was shocked. We took very good care and used a ***** to vacuum it, how can that be wrong? I was told it was the manufactures issue not theirs, not their problem, they still were selling it on their site and could easily have replaced it with the same one or another one I asked them about that was similar. I will never purchase anything from them again due to them not honoring their policy and the rudeness I experienced.Review from Len R

No more playing nice, After two years of Begging to be taken off the mailing list, I am fed up. My tiny Post Box that I don't get to for months at a time gets Flooded with their Crappy magazine. I regret ever buying anything from them.Review from Emily Z
