I went for a manicure on Sept 6 and got an infection around my nail. I called them on Monday to inform them what had happened and they said they would refund me my money which was 75.00. They said to stop in when I could to pick up the money. I called on Tuesday Sept 12 letting them know I would be coming by to pick up the refund and they said since it’s been past 5 days they will not refund me the money. This is very unethical as far as I’m concerned.Business response

We are very sorry that this happened. She has been a regular customer of ours and has always seemed happy with our service. We have a check, waiting for her at the front desk As a footnote here I will say she did not indicate any injury the day that she had her nails done addionally she left here seeming happy
